There doesn’t need to be a toxic oil spill in your backyard in order for your water to be poisoned. The truth is that much of our water is poisoned already. So, a recent article in the Huffington post that showed that there were high levels of carcinogens found in water in the Gulf, isn’t that surprising.
The reasons for that are simple:…
There was a major oil spill that will affect water, wildlife and people for decades to come,And all water is toxic to levels that it shouldn’t be…everywhere!(1)We have people in the United States today dying of cancer at ages so much younger than ever before. 1500 people die every day in the United States from the disease. But did you know that another recent finding just taught scientists that cancer didn’t exist thousands of years ago, proving that it’s a man made disease.
The reason for this is polluted water. Our water is toxic, and even though it is at levels that are considered ok for the government, think about how much of the toxins you take in, besides what you are drinking. What about the animals that you eat that are drinking the water, the vegetables that you eat that are watered everyday? Then think about those vegetables and chicken and beef that are fed with food that contains other toxins, or toxic soil. We live in such a polluted and toxic world that it’s no wonder we have this wide array of illnesses.
So what’s the solution? There are several ways that you can try to protect yourself from the toxic everyday elements. Obviously, you can’t change what your surroundings are, but you don’t have to. Blue Zones ( where people live longer then in the est of the world ) have shown us that you can live close to the dirtiest cities in the world and still live a long and healthy life.
Start first with drinking enough distilled water provided that you take macro
and microminerals. Sure, distilled water does not have all of the nutrients you would get in water 1000 years ago, but the truth is water is so polluted anyway that you won’t ever get the right nutrients. Instead, supplement (with a holistic doctor’s advice) your macro and micronutrients to make sure that you remain balanced.
Secondly, make the move to organic. Yes, organic food is more expensive, and yes it doesn’t stay fresh for as long, but there is a reason for that. Food is not meant to last for weeks on end. It is meant to be fresh, as close to nature as possible, and eaten!
Detoxify yourself. This will take care of the elements that you can’t control.
